My passion for rehabilitation and injury prevention began with my years as a student-athlete in high school and college. Today, I draw on a wide range of techniques to create treatment plans tailored to your unique needs, including diversified technique, Activator, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, taping, and more.
I hold certifications in Neurologic Dry Needling, the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and the Functional Movement Screen. I am also trained in the Webster Technique and have completed additional coursework through the ICPA and BirthFit to better support individuals throughout the perinatal journey.
